Howard leads our emerging brands recruiting team and personally specializes in consumer-packaged goods strategic sales management recruiting, including trade, shopper, e-commerce, category management, national accounts, broker management, private label, and direct store delivery. Howard's clients range from Early Stage, Venture Capital, and Private Equity Portfolio to Fortune 500 companies in categories including food, beverage, pet, OTC, personal care, beauty, and health & wellness, His sales search assignments range from C-Level to Manager.

Howard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Howard and his wife Susan reside on Mercer Island, Washington.
