Jeff started his CPG-specific recruiting career with Consumer Connection in December 2001. Back then, he really liked his Nokia 5110 phone that didn’t have texting abilities quite yet. Please raise your hand if you’ve heard of a Nokia product. Along with technology, CPG recruiting has changed over time.

Jeff specializes in placing CPG sales leadership roles (direct and brokered teams), along with sales strategy/trade marketing, category management, strategic sales management, and eCommerce. These levels typically range from SVP/Chief Sales/Chief Revenue Officer to Director to Manager. Jeff’s clients range from Fortune 500 to mid-sized to early stage/start-ups. The great majority of his searches are within the mainstream grocery and natural/organic foods to health, beauty, and wellness categories.

Jeff resides in Normandy Park, WA, with his wife, Carrie, daughters, Maya and Toni, and Chief Tasting Officer, Lennie Smalls, the whippet.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management & Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington. Go Dawgs!
