Cierra is a member of the Executive Search Team at Consumer Connection. For over a decade, she has led the national Supply Chain & Operations recruitment practice for C-Level, VP, Director and Manager searches for industry-leading companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to private equity-owned growth start-ups.



Originally from Encinitas, California, Cierra graduated from Gonzaga University and now lives in the greater Seattle area. She successfully balances the daily demands of a busy career and an even busier family life alongside her husband, Kevin, an Army Lieutenant Colonel, and her two energetic boys, Kellen and Kash.
